Matthew Waters & Foster Noonan - existing local business owners on the island - bring decades of high quality experience and service in all areas to do with Real Estate and property management.

Matt, a fully licensed Estate Agent, has more than ten years experience as a Senior Property Manager, having managed properties across Australia, as well as in London & New Zealand.

Foster brings many years of business and Regional Manager experience, as well as two years of past experience as a Property Manager in Melbourne & the Northern Territory.

Foster and Matt have both bought, sold and own numerous investment properties.
